Our office met with high school students.

Our office's Faculty of Engineering unit representative, Research Assistant Dr. Muhammed Yusuf Onay, met with students at three different high schools and held various career development conferences.

Students from Çorum Fatih Anatolian High School, Çorum Municipality Prof. Dr. Hayreddin Karaman Girls Anatolian Imam Hatip High School and Çorum Central Şehit Erol Olçok Anatolian Imam Hatip High School attended the conferences, which were first held on May 6 and May 20, 2025.  

At the conferences, the concept of career was explored not simply as a process of acquiring a profession, but as a multidimensional journey through which individuals discover their inner potential, gain awareness of their own direction, and build a value-based life. Participants engaged in conceptual discussions on topics ranging from artificial intelligence and quantum theory to mental toughness and the meaning of time.

Dr. Onay emphasized that achieving success depends not only on technical knowledge but also on emotional intelligence, discipline, awareness, and a search for meaning. The students' intense interest, curious questions, and active participation once again demonstrated the impact and necessity of such activities.
